Return & Refund Policy

At BEARSDEN40 Candle & Soap Co., every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality.

Returns

Due to the nature of our handcrafted bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items for health, hygiene, and safety reasons:

• Artisan Soaps
• Shampoo Bars
• Loofah Soaps
• Sugar Scrubs
• Single-Use Sugar Scrub Cubes
• Beard Balms
• Beard Butters
• Lip Balms

These products cannot be resold once they leave our possession.

Unused and unopened candles, wax melts, and car diffusers may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at densbear40@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
